Rental Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Effective Date: April 24, 2026 Provider: Kinq Enterprise. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Kinq Enterprise website and any services, products, content, or features offered through the site (collectively, the Services). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
Eligibility: You must be at least 21 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. Account Registration: To access certain features you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Services and Orders
Description of Services: Kinq Enterprise provides commercial vehicles, vehicle consultation, booking questions, and receipt history . Orders and Acceptance: Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Kinq Enterprise reserves the right to accept or decline orders. Confirmation emails do not guarantee acceptance until payment is processed and the service is scheduled.
4. Payment, Pricing, and Refunds
Pricing: Prices are listed on the site and may change with prior notice. Payment Methods: We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Refunds and Returns: Refunds and returns are handled by the company Kinq Enterprise. If no separate policy exists, refunds are provided at Kinq Enterprise’s discretion and in accordance with applicable law.
5. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
Upload malicious code or attempt to interfere with the Services.

Ownership: Images of our vehicles and our branding is owned or licensed by Kinq Enterprise and protected by intellectual property laws. Limited License: You are granted a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the Services for personal or internal business purposes only.

The site may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services. Kinq Enterprise is not responsible for third-party content, practices, or privacy policies.
8. Disclaimers and No Warranty
AS IS: The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Kinq Enterprise disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kinq Enterprise and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Kinq Enterprise’s aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid to Kinq Enterprise in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.
10. Identification
You agree to identify and hold Kinq Enterprise and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
Kinq Enterprise may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for any lawful reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends and Kinq Enterprise may delete or deactivate your account.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade County Courthouse, unless you and Kinq Enterprise agree to arbitration.
13. Changes to Terms
Kinq Enterprise may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Rental Requirements
Renters must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license. Only authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle.
16. Insurance Policy
A $15/day insurance fee is required for all rentals and is included in the total cost. This coverage helps protect against certain damages; however, renters may still be responsible for additional costs depending on the situation.
17. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit will be returned after the vehicle is inspected and confirmed to be in the same condition as when it was rented.
18. Vehicle Use and Responsibility
Renters agree to operate the vehicle safely and in accordance with all traffic laws. Vehicles may not be used for illegal activities, racing, or unauthorized commercial use.
19. Vehicle Return
Vehicles must be returned on the agreed date and time. Late returns may result in additional charges. The renter is responsible for returning the vehicle in clean condition and with no damage.
20. Accidents and Damages
In the event of an accident, the renter must notify Kinq Enterprise immediately. Any damages will be handled according to these rental terms and applicable policies.
